Process detection blacklist in the HTTP API doesn't apply to Elgato Camera Hub #222
Description
I have a bunch of processes on the Process ignore list and they don't show up in the "Running processes" panel, which works as expected. However, when I query the HTTP API in /api/processes, there is one exception that keeps showing up on there despite being ignored in CX & RTSS - it's the Camera Hub app from Elgato. I don't know what 's special about it, it doesn't run as a privileged app or anything. It's reported by that HTTP endpoint even when it doesn't render a window (just a tray icon), but it does go away when I kill the process at least.
