Unable to send received notifications

I have just received an e-mail asking me for a
reception confirm. I’m using Outlook and I wanted to
send the confirmation. It was placed in the “outbox”
but when I tried to send it, it failed. POP2OWA didn’t
show me any error, outlook did it.
