Better handling of bad data

When the system does not contain all of the required relationships (Proband, Parents, Grandparents) it fails and does not show anything.  This task is to have it fail more gracefully by providing some information as to what went wrong, or even recover and put in dummy data (shown appropriately) when that does happen.
