Demo workflows

Hi @danbryce do you have a few demo workflows to help folks get started? e.g. simple plate replication, say transferring a few uL of water from one 96 well plate to another?

Try loading this into a new protocol (i.e., the triangle next to the “+”). We don’t support PAML ingest in this alpha version, but the graph attached here should load the protocol.

Sorry, I'm not seeing anything to try... is there an attachment? This is what I see in the editor...

@mfero Sorry about that. I was attempting to use email responses and GitHub strips json from the attachments. I've pushed an example to https://github.com/Bioprotocols/pamled/tree/development/examples/transferMacro

There are two json files:

• transferMacro.json: illustrates a simple transfer protocol with variable inputs (the reagent and volume).
• transferMacroUsage.json: illustrates a configuration of the transferMacro using constants.
