Cell2fate analysis of mause pancreas development dataset not reproducible

Hi, I am using cell2fate on a pancreas dataset (Pancreas_with_cc), and I am observing that the inferred RNA velocity vectors appear to point in the opposite direction compared to the expected biological trajectory.

Any suggestions on how to diagnose or fix this would be greatly appreciated.
