feat: add unit tests for CNS endpoint handler APIs

Adds comprehensive unit tests for:
- GetEndpointState API
- GetEndpoint API
- EndpointStateHandler

Also adds JSON tags to EndpointInfo, IPInfo, and Response structs
for proper serialization in tests and API responses.
