bug: Sorting on the Models Tab is not working globally

Describe the Bug

On the models tap the sorting feature ("Newest" or "Most downloaded") only sorts the list of "All Models" - the "Recommended" is not affected by sorting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to Models tab
2. Change sorting method
3. See the "Recommended" list not changing
