How to get bionano Assembler

I really want to know how to get the "bionano Assembler", and then use runBNG again, and look forward to your reply!

For runBNG v2.0 and above, you may use the latest Bionano Solve which can be downloaded at https://bionanogenomics.com/support/software-downloads/

For other versions, you may download the old Bionano package at: http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4661675

Hi @Missandei-hcl,

runBNG does not require any installation for Bionano servers. What you need to do is to download the official Bionano Solve package and give a path to runBNG as requested in the corresponding function and then you can run 'runBNG'.
