feat(workspace): answer "what does this workspace have" from the workspace
Asked which skills or knowledge a workspace has, the agent listed every installed skill — built-in, project and workspace alike, in one undifferentiated list — and grouped them differently on each ask. The system prompt named the linked workspace but said nothing about what it contains. For a linked project the identity section is now followed by a separate "What this Altimate Workspace provides" block: - the workspace's own skills, read from the synced snapshot on disk (only when it belongs to the current account and to the workspace the project is linked to now, not a previous link), sorted, with sanitized one-line descriptions; - the workspace's integrations and whether its memory is on, from the workspace summary — cached for five minutes and waited on for at most 300 ms, so a slow service never holds a step; - an instruction to answer workspace questions from this block, to keep built-in skills separate, and to treat names and descriptions as labels. The block has its own cap and lists at most 40 skills, then a count; it drops descriptions before anything else and is omitted rather than cut. "Not synced yet", "none" and "not known" are rendered differently. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_018fJ3X7pcGT4R9yzjsJnqsV
