Versions without patch number

It is pretty common to have versions without patch number, which is not handled in this library. E.g:
"1.2" -> will be parsed as 0.0.0 and I think that 1.2.0 is expected

@Bojan7B Thanks for filing this issue. The Semver spec is pretty strict but I agree the library could be more versatile if that fuzzy parsing was possible.
