With over 20 years of technology experience spanning public service, healthcare IT, and financial services, I've spent two decades architecting the enterprise systems that power scale. My career has evolved from managing critical IT infrastructure for the San Juan County Sheriff's Office to leading technical operations for healthcare IT systems at Orion Health (a global healthcare software company headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand), and architecting complex cloud migrations and workflow automation as a Lead Senior Automation Engineer at PSCU (now Velera)—one of the nation's leading credit union service organizations.

<p>
Following a stroke in 2023, my focus shifted from managing large-scale infrastructure to developing bespoke AI and software solutions. My recovery journey is still in progress—always recovering, always working—and this firsthand experience with assistive technology, combined with my healthcare IT background, inspired me to build tools—like my stroke progress tracking app—that prove technology works best when built with the user's reality in mind.

During my recovery, I immersed myself in studying AI and the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem. This has become a core focus of my research and expertise—tracking emerging technologies, understanding new frameworks and models, and staying at the forefront of how AI is transforming business operations. This deep engagement with AI innovation informs every consulting engagement and solution I develop.
