Make the Upgrade or Renew action functional

The gated access denied component includes an “Upgrade or Renew” button, but it does not currently navigate anywhere or trigger a renewal flow. This should be made actionable so denied users have a clear next step.

Suggested tasks

• Decide the target route for upgrade or renewal
• Add a membership upgrade or renewal page if one does not exist
• Link the button to the selected route
• Pass context such as required tier or denied resource if useful
• Add fallback copy for users without a connected wallet

Acceptance criteria

• The “Upgrade or Renew” button performs a useful action
• Denied users can understand how to regain access
• The button no longer appears as a dead action

I've built gated access flows with actionable upgrade paths before, and I can link the "Upgrade or Renew" button to a membership management page that passes context about the required tier — adding a clear fallback for users without a connected wallet so denied users always have a useful next step.
