I've downloaded the whole software as is, preprocessed some 3D-T1 images from ADNI and from PPMI using the provided scripts, and run the brain age prediction using the brainaige.ckpt checkpoints from the linked folder, and the provided pipeline.
Predicted age are all between 150 and 250 (hard right boundary by the way), for both datasets. No correlation between true age and predicted age.
